A & A Truck and Trailer Repair

These guys are awesome! Picture it, Labor Day weekend 2026 camping at Red Rock. Ran back to West Des Moines to get our pontoon. Cruising back on highway 5 somewhere right after Hartford right in the two way traffic construction and a pot hole jumps up and takes out the right leaf spring of my trailer. Weekend ruined right? Oh no. Think again. Here come these sweet saviors, and after a parts run, back up and running we are! Weekend back in track. So lets recap, Labor Day weekend, out in the sticks, ready to ditched the pontoon and cut my losses, 1 call to these angels and within 20 mins, they have a man on site, 112 degree heat index, we are knee deep in some leaf spring repair! Me 1, pot hole 0.

Extremely professional and courteous! I just had some major axle work handled by them and they are not out to over charge or gouge your wallet! He basically charged me nearly half of what a shop would have! Got me back on the road as soon as he was able and didn’t stop working on my trailer until the job was finished. I will definitely use this company for future work if needed!

Sonny & his crew did a GREAT JOB. I hit a deer in Des Moines around 3:30 am. I called him, he came by looked at damage and had his crew working by 7 am. KW dealer wanted $2500 just for radiator with frame. Sonny said he will use the old frame. His crew strengthen the old frame out, sanded off the rust and painted it for half the price. Replace CAC UNIT, drain & removed fuel from tank and cap fuel lines, & fix miscellaneous air leaks cause by the deer and gave me a discount bcz it took a little longer than he said it would take. Zip tie my bumper as best as they could. He told me it be cheaper if I get it on my own bumper. What REALLY impressed me about Sonny is he looked in the eye and said don't U worry & not here to rape U. Final bill was no where near what I thought it would be. Thank You Sonny & Crew
